Leeds chairman Paraag Marathe is flying into England on Monday to hold talks with manager Daniel Farke amid reports the German is facing the sack.

Despite guiding Leeds back to the Premier League this season, Farke is in danger of losing his jobs as the Elland Road club have concerns about his record in the top-flight. While he twice won the Championship with Norwich, they were relegated on one occasion and he was sacked months after guiding them back to the top tier.

The 48-year-old will soon learn his fate as reports that the club's chairman will travel from San Francisco to discuss the manager's situation. He will see the team in action against Bristol on Monday before sitting down with Farke this week.

Marathe represents around 100 investors that make up 49ers Enterprises, the consortium that owns the club, and it is the chairman who will have the final say. Marathe will listen to Farke's ideas for next season before the club will confirm whether or not they will make a change over the summer.
